Task: Lumenant provides advanced health and wellness technologies for community living environments, including senior living, hospitality, and multi-family housing. Their solutions include air purification, climate control, therapeutic and LED lighting, exterior lighting, nurse call systems, and solar energy. They faced difficulties promoting four key products, struggling to balance detailed explanations of their technology with creating an emotional connection.

How We Helped: Instead of creating four technical explainer videos, we proposed highlighting the people positively impacted by the technology. This approach allowed us to effectively promote the capabilities of their products while crafting an emotionally engaging video campaign. They were happy because we included information about their patent technology, and we were happy because who doesn't like to see smiling faces?
